If proof of insurance existed before the citation, submit it before or on the court date. When proof is faxed, call the office to confirm receipt. Proof of insurance that existed before citation may lead to dismissal without cost. Insurance bought after citation results in a $50 fine and $202 court cost under the documented general order.
Morgan County Traffic School and OTR
Driving school may be available only for a minor violation that does not require court appearance. The driver must not have attended traffic school within the past two years and must hold a current non-CDL license. Do not pay the ticket online when seeking driving school. Morgan County CDL Traffic Cases
